NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members will be held at Federation House, 10 Vyse Street, Birmingham, B18 6LT, on Thursday 10^th June at 2.00pm for the purpose of:

ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. Approving the minutes of the last AGM, 21^st June 2020

• Receiving the Chairs statement

• Approving the audited accounts for the year ended 31^st December 2020

• To consider any additional resolutions or business of which notice has been given

• Any other business

NOTE:  A Member entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her stead.  A proxy need not also be a Member.
