The Giftware Association is 70 this year, and as many of you know we are throwing a party here in Birmingham to celebrate.

We’re having a Members’ Day on Wednesday 21st June between 2pm and 5.30, with afternoon tea and a chance to meet our service providers, but we will also be hosting talks by our three star speakers.

Andy Powell, a vice president at Cap Gemini, will be speaking about the upcoming GDPR legislation – given the low awareness rates among the UK’s SMEs, we think this is a crucial topic for our Members’ Day. Andy is a great speaker, and an expert on the subject.

Marriott Lusengo of Forward Thinking Digital will be talking about the future of digital marketing, and how your business can adapt and survive in an increasingly ‘noisy’ online space.

Our headline speaker is Geoff Ramm, whose talk about Celebrity Service is an international hit. Geoff’s advice about how to treat your customers like royalty (and why you should) is not to be missed. His international talks are extremely well attended, so this is a fantastic chance to see him face-to-face.

Of course, in the evening we all like to let our hair down, so we will be hosting a barbecue, and entertaining you with live music and other entertainment.
