The HKTDC London office, in collaboration with The Giftware Association, is delighted to invite retail buyers and suppliers to join a UK delegation to Hong Kong in Spring 2025. This exclusive group will attend the renowned HKTDC Gifts & Premium Fair, scheduled for 27–30 April 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Qualified buyers will benefit from an incentive package offering either travel reimbursement or full hospitality sponsorship, subject to prior approval by the HKTDC.

Incentive Package for GA Members

GA members who are selected will be offered one of the following incentive options:

• Travel reimbursement, or
• Full sponsorship, which includes one return economy flight and 3-4 nights of hotel accommodation.

Application Details

• Participation is limited to one representative per retailer/company, with an option to include additional participants at an extra cost.
