How do I access this service?

It’s easy - you can phone the advice line via a dedicated phone line. You can find a link to the website on your trade associations website. You will need a set of login details to download documents.

Are there any restrictions?

No – members have unlimited access to the advice lines. In other words you can call as many times and for as long as you need to. There is also no restriction on web access.*

What does it cost?

Nothing – access to the Trade Association Business Support Service is included in your membership fee so you have nothing extra to pay.

What can I use it for?

Questions and issues – this service is not just a crisis management tool. Whilst it will help you deal with unforeseen issues that may arise in the course of business it is also available to answer any questions you may have. So it can help you manage your business in a proactive way.
