Exclusive free stand offer for members to exhibit at Interior Lifestyle China, 10th- 12th October 2024

 In conjunction with Messe Frankfurt UK, BJGI are pleased to be able to offer 4 companies a free stand (including stand construction) for UK brands exhibiting under our umbrella at Interior Lifestyle China in October 2024.

 

We have worked with Messe Frankfurt for over 30 years, supporting UK brands to exhibit at their shows, such as Ambiente, with many companies achieving great successes. Over the last few years, we have expanded our working relationship with Messe Frankfurt to enable UK brands to exhibit in a low risk, cost effective manor at their emerging global Interior Lifestyle shows, such as Gifts & Lifestyle Middle East and Interior Lifestyle Tokyo. Having seen an increasing appetite for UK brands to exhibit in Asia we are pleased to be able to offer this exclusive opportunity for 4 brands to exhibit under the UK umbrella at Interior Lifestyle China, a fantastic opportunity for those companies who wish to test the market with lower financial risk.

 

Interior Lifestyle China will run concurrently with The Fashion Fair - Showroom Shanghai, held in the same venue but in another hall. It is not by Messe Frankfurt but a local boutique fashion show gathering high-end designer brands: https://m.showroomshanghai.com/about/ 

The stand package offered will be free for only 4 companies and would usually cost in excess of £3000.

Stand package cost: Free

For a 3sqm (2m wide x 1.5m deep) stand package including, walls, carpet, lighting and display shelves.

BJGI management fee - £350

Deadline: Wednesday 30th August – as you can appreciate this a fantastic opportunity and demand will be high, therefore we ask all companies to respond to this email to register their interest, when responding please include the following information:

Your current current export status, highlighting which markets you are currently exporting to
Advise whether you are currently exporting to China
Briefly explain what you wish to achieve out of this opportunity
 

Additional considerations

The package does not include travel, hotel, product shipping etc, therefore it is important to take this into consideration when assessing the feasibility of exhibiting.

 

Please also note that as it is an emerging show (with approximately 50 exhibitors) that has changed format over the last couple of years and we have not visited/exhibited previously, it is hard to ascertain the numbers/types of buyers visiting the show. In light of this we feel this opportunity would be mostly suited to companies who have other business engagements planned in Shanghai, and to take this opportunity as an add on. To tie this opportunity with other business would certainly make it very low risk, should this be visiting suppliers or customers etc.  Please note we are not responsible for the organisation or promotion of the show.
