£500 worth of Golden Tickets up for grabs at Curated Craft Online

 The organiser of Curated Craft Online is thrilled to announce that £500-worth of Golden Tickets are up for grabs during this year's special buyer promotion, which will run from 16-24 June.  This includes a first prize of £300 and second prize of £200 for the winning retailers to spend with exhibitors, who are all independent designers making their work in the UK.

This is the second year that the organiser has run the promotion, which proved very popular at the 2023 event, with Golden tickets scooped by Jane Adams of the Jane Adams Gallery in Cornwall, Lisa Wilson of Ebbing Tide & Seagull Gallery in Filey and Hazel Gordon of Alchemist Gallery in Dingwall.

Lisa commented: "I am really pleased Curated Craft Online is going ahead again this year as I like to see who's out there, especially when there are so many excellent talented artists. With being a sole trader, sometimes it is difficult to travel to see the physical trade shows and can be quite costly too. Winning last year’s Golden ticket was wonderful! It also meant my budget went a bit further and I found a new artist I haven't seen before".

Curated Craft is a digital event hosted by the British Craft Directory, a trade sourcing platform for the British artisan sector. This custom-built, commission-free platform will enable you to view hundreds of beautiful and authentic British-made products from the comfort of your home or shop.

As well as having a chance to scoop a Golden Ticket, visitors will also be able to view a host of special show offers from exceptional quality British artisan makers, across disciplines that include glassware and ceramics, greetings cards and giftwrap, jewellery, gifts and homeware.

To qualify for entry, retailers are warmly invited to register for the digital event and join us at any stage between 16-24 June, when the show will be open 24/7.

Every action taken on the site, such as watching exhibitor videos, browsing their images, downloading catalogues etc, constitutes one or more virtual ‘tickets’. At the end of the show two random ‘tickets’ will be drawn and the corresponding buyers will receive a ‘Golden ticket’, that they can spend with one or more Curated Craft exhibitors. They will then have the chance to order goods up to a value of £300 or £200 from one or more Curated Craft exhibitors, who will then send the organiser invoices for immediate payment.

Jane Adams commented: "The Golden Tickets were great. I was thrilled to have won one. It meant I was able to step a little out of my buying comfort zone in a year when every penny spent had to be very carefully considered. The glass pieces I bought were well received and brought colour and variety to the shelves in the gallery. Without the golden ticket I would have bought much more conservatively and missed out on a great product".
