A steady and increasingly rapid movement is underway in Europe and North America, whereby home and garden purchasers are choosing to look beyond the traditional heartland of Chinese manufacturing and instead towards the Indian sub-continent for the supply of goods to import.

Tony Barnett is General Manager of Jardinopia Limited, a family run garden and home products business HQ’d in Martock, Somerset. He is also a Non-Executive Director for GARDENEX – the Garden Industry Export Association. Prior to jointly establishing Jardinopia in 2018, Tony spent his career running international oil companies and US HQ’d IT corporates for 30 years. He worked on the ground in over 100 countries during that time.
