Sarah Bawa Mason
Sarah is Commercial & Collaborations Lead for the Association of Translation Companies, working with client-side associations to deliver targeted messaging on the power of language services to improve export outcomes. She worked as a freelance translator from 1992 and she taught professional translation at the University of Portsmouth until 2025.
Cathy Branson
Cathy is the Managing Director of Dialogue Language Services International. As a qualified cultural and language trainer and translator, Cathy has spent 30 years assisting SMEs and global corporations in overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers to international expansion. Having expanded her own language company into 40 markets, Cathy has lived and worked in four countries, bringing first-hand experience of cultural adaptation to the table.
